About Us
Founded in 2018, Skyports is at the forefront of the Advanced Air Mobility revolution, developing and operating infrastructure for electric air taxis and using drone technology to transform business operations across industries. Our business is split into two key areas:
- Skyports Drone Services: uses drones to streamline logistics, capture data, and enhance operational efficiency, with a focus on rural deliveries, surveying, surveillance, and maritime services.

The Role
We’re looking for a Remote Pilot Specialist with proven defense or commercial flying experience to join our fast-growing Drone Services team. This role is about owning complex operations, contributing to strategic missions, and pushing the boundaries of aviation.
You’ll be flying the latest drones in challenging environments—solving problems that make a difference, from offshore energy logistics to surveillance. This is not a desk job.
There’s no such thing as a normal week in this role. Examples of responsibilities include:
- Flying emergency response missions in busy ports, supporting port authorities.
- Remotely piloting drones from our Singapore ROC to deliver cargo to vessels.
- Conducting environmental surveillance missions for regulatory bodies (e.g., monitoring reservoirs, shorelines, flood zones).
- Traveling to set up new flight operations (e.g., Brunei, UAE), training local teams, running test missions, and enabling live operations.
- Planning missions, writing reports, logging flights, and maintaining skills from home or regional offices.
- Overseas training with our global team and learning from BVLOS instructors.
Wherever you are, your core expectations remain: fly safely, deliver high-quality results, and push the boundaries of what drones can do.

- Experience leading teams in high-pressure environments; clear, confident communication with clients and colleagues.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
