Liaise with suppliers, cleaners, and building management as required. Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier arrangements. Ensure health & safety standards are maintained within the office.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support across the business as needed. Assist with meeting room setup, scheduling, and hospitality arrangements. Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems. Support onboarding logistics for new starters (e.g. desk setup, equipment coordination).
  • People (HR) Support: Provide administrative support to the People function, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination. Assist with employee events, engagement initiatives, and internal communications. Support the maintenance of employee records and HR systems.
  • Executive Support: Provide ad hoc administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, coordination, and small project tasks.

  • Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • Positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
  • Discreet and able to handle confidential information.
