We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead the strategy, vision, and delivery of a product portfolio in the travel technology space. This role is central to driving commercial success, inspiring innovation, and ensuring that products continue to set the standard in customer communications.
Key Responsibilities

Shape and deliver the Product Vision, evolving roadmaps in line with growth targets.

Act as a product evangelist, championing innovation and commercial success.

Develop a commercially-driven product strategy, aligned with broader business goals.

Represent the company at trade and industry events, providing thought leadership in travel communications.

Manage stakeholders and ensure clear communication with both customers and internal teams.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through to launch and phase-out.

Define requirements for current and future products, working closely with customers and internal teams.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations to engage customers and support sales.

Build and nurture relationships with customers and potential partners.

Oversee product systems, market research, and ensure knowledge of industry trends remains up to date.

The Person We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Head of Product, owning a product portfolio and managing a product team.

A track record of defining and launching commercially successful products.

5+ years in travel technology, ideally with exposure to Reservation Systems/GDS.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging international clients.

Background in SaaS and commercial software development.

Experience working across customer-funded and company-funded projects.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, facilitation, and mediation skills.
Desirable Skills
-
Degree in a business or technical discipline (or equivalent).

Experience working with third-party APIs and web service interfaces.

Knowledge of messaging systems.
