We're looking for a creatively driven Junior Designer to join our Creative Studio in Leeds - someone with strong visual instincts, great attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for design, branding and immersive experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early-career creative looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced studio environment, working across drone scene visualisation, marketing content, pitch development and wider creative projects. You'll work closely with our Creative and Sales teams to help bring ambitious ideas to life, while learning from experienced creatives within one of the leading drone show companies in the world.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Creating dot-accurate drone scene renders for pitch decks and live projects using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Interpreting creative briefs and reference imagery to produce high-quality visual outputs
- Accurately recreating brand assets, logos and IP elements within drone scenes
- Supporting the development of visually ambitious creative work aligned with SKYMAGIC's design standards
- Maintaining organised creative assets, folders and file structures across projects
Marketing & Creative Content
- Designing visual content for social media, including basic photo and video editing for reels and promotional materials
- Supporting the creation of presentations, invitations and branded collateral
- Assisting with website updates, case studies and project content
- Helping maintain Slides.com portfolios and presentation materials
- Organising photography and videography assets from projects and live shows
Pitch & Project Support
- Assisting with pitch decks and presentation materials for clients and partners
- Conducting visual and creative research to support concepts and proposals
- Contributing ideas, references and inspiration during creative development
- Providing wider creative support across design, content creation and image editing
- Supporting internal and client meetings through note-taking and organisation when required
Whilst live show attendance won't be a regular part of the role, there may occasionally be opportunities to attend events for shadowing or content capture.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines within a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Confidence working across Google Workspace, Word and Excel
- A creative qualification, artistic background or strong personal portfolio
- Experience within a creative, agency, studio or live events environment
- Interest in branding, marketing and digital content creation
- Basic understanding of Premiere Pro, After Effects or Blender
- Familiarity with presentation platforms such as Slides.com
- Interest in immersive entertainment, live experiences or visual storytelling
