Responsibilities

- Train participants on leveraging productivity tools, communication platforms, and payment systems used widely in freelancing, such as project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack), and payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Payoneer).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, IT, Business, Social Sciences, or related disciplines).
- Experience: Proven experience (minimum 1–2 years) as a trainer, training facilitator, or instructor, with demonstrated experience in freelancing, electronic work, or e-commerce. Prior experience as a freelancing trainer is highly desirable. Strong, in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with multiple freelancing platforms and their operational dynamics, along with practical experience in the relevant training subject. Experience working with youth, NGOs, INGOs, or development projects is an asset. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Ability to deliver participatory and learner-centered training. Good reporting and documentation skills. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for popular freelancing niches, including but not limited to graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), web development tools, and project management platforms.
