What you will be doing
We are looking for a dedicated and guest-focused Floor Manager to oversee our waiting team and ensure seamless service delivery. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to exceptional dining experiences. Warmth, charm, and strong interpersonal skills are essential as you build rapport with guests and support the waiting team. You will contribute to the restaurant’s success from the floor and have opportunities for personal growth and development.
