About The Role

South West London - Colliers Wood (SW19) – Office working. Up to £45,000 + revenue-based bonus + benefits. We’re looking for an experienced Exhibitions Project Manager to join Skyline Whitespace, delivering high-quality exhibition and event projects for clients across the UK and internationally. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take full ownership of projects from initial brief through to on‑site delivery. You’ll be working with internal teams, external suppliers, and clients to make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. You’ll also play a key part in supporting the wider team, helping to maintain standards and improve how we deliver projects.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing projects end-to-end, from handover to delivery
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients
  • Planning timelines and coordinating internal teams (design, production, graphics)
  • Managing budgets, costings, and supplier negotiations
  • Overseeing production quality and ensuring high standards are met
  • Coordinating logistics, installation, and on‑site delivery where required
  • Working with external suppliers including AV, build, and logistics partners
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to team processes

Working pattern

Office Based – Standard hours are 09:00 to 17:30, with flexibility required around live events, travel, and key project deadlines.
