Skyline Scaffolding Division are looking for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to join our scaffolding team as soon as possible. Driving our 7.5 tonne wagon, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient transport of scaffolding materials, equipment, and system components to and from construction sites, yards, and customer locations. The role combines professional driving with hands-on loading, securing, and assisting scaffold teams to ensure smooth site operations. Reliability, safety awareness, and strong communication are essential.
What you’ll do:
- Drive 7.5 tonne wagon for scaffold deliveries/collections
- Load, unload and secure scaffolding equipment safely
- Complete daily vehicle checks and basic paperwork
- Work professionally with site teams and customers
- Support yard operations when required
What you need:
- Valid Class 2 (C) licence
- CPC and Tacho Card
- Experience with construction or heavy/irregular loads preferred
- Good understanding of load security and site safety
- Physically fit and reliable
- CSCS card (desirable but not essential)
Licence/Certification:
- Category C Licence (required)
