Our friendly Surbiton branch is looking for a reliable Van Driver / Yard Operative to join us.
While we offer comprehensive training on our products and systems, you will need a full UK driving licence, yard or warehouse experience plus it would be great if you also had some forklift experience to hit the ground running.

- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 7:30am – 10:30am What We Offer You

The Role at a Glance Your time will be split between hitting the road and managing our busy yard.
Key duties include
- Driving & Delivery: Delivering goods safely to customer sites using the company van.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operating forklift trucks to move stock (once trained).
- Customer Service: Welcoming and assisting trade and retail customers.
- Logistics: Efficiently loading, unloading, picking, and packing orders.
- Yard Upkeep: Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Care: Serve customers promptly, ensuring they get the exact materials they need.
- Inbound Stock: Receive, check, and log incoming deliveries, immediately reporting any missing or damaged items.
- Stock Management: Ensure stock is clearly labelled and alert the Branch Manager when items run low.
- Safety First: Maintain forklifts correctly and handle all stock in strict line with Health & Safety guidelines.
- Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to keep daily branch operations running smoothly.
