Skyline Construction is looking to recruit a Reactive Works Assistant Manager to join the business in Croydon, Greater London. The appropriate candidate must hold experience within the field stated.
Roles and Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for visiting site to assess the required works following a quote request received from our clients.
- Produce quotes for small works generally ranging from £1-10k.
- You will be responsible for scheduling and seeing works through to completion.
- You will be responsible for quality checking the works.
- You will be responsible for all Health and safety requirements.
- Have a can do/will do attitude.
- Become a reliable and trusted member of the Contract Services Team and be constantly searching for improvements.
- Understand the implications to the business if procedures/policies are not being followed.
- Have the ability to build strong relations with all stakeholders.
- Effective time management and prioritisation of workload to ensure that deadlines are met.
