We are seeking a talented Structural Revit Technician to work on a permanent basis with our clients’ in‑house design team, based in Central London.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CAD templates (AutoCAD and Revit).
- Develop families using Revit and block in AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D, data‑rich models using Revit and expert knowledge of parameters and Revit’s phasing tool.
- Produce detailed construction and fabrication 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create swept paths using vehicle tracking in AutoCAD.
- Coordinate 3D information received at the tender stage, undertake clash detection exercises and produce model audit reports.
- Support the development and maintenance of BIM‑related documentation from tender to completion.
Qualifications
- Background in using Revit Structure and AutoCAD, ideally from a consultancy or contractor’s in‑house design team.
- Exposure to large‑scale construction projects.
