We are seeking a talented Structural Revit Technician to work on a permanent basis with our clients’ in‑house design team, based in Central London.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain CAD templates (AutoCAD and Revit).
  • Develop families using Revit and block in AutoCAD.
  • Develop 3D, data‑rich models using Revit and expert knowledge of parameters and Revit’s phasing tool.
  • Produce detailed construction and fabrication 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Create swept paths using vehicle tracking in AutoCAD.
  • Coordinate 3D information received at the tender stage, undertake clash detection exercises and produce model audit reports.
  • Support the development and maintenance of BIM‑related documentation from tender to completion.

Qualifications

  • Background in using Revit Structure and AutoCAD, ideally from a consultancy or contractor’s in‑house design team.
  • Exposure to large‑scale construction projects.
