Responsibilities
- Provide support to engineering teams nationwide with design, checking and draughting
- Prepare clear and well-structured design calculations and reports
- Prepare risk assessments
- Site visits and client meetings
- Maintenance of project documentation
Qualifications
- Experience with scaffold design from within a consultancy or contractor in-house design team
- HNC or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering desirable
- Experience using AutoCAD and 2D / 3D structural analysis programmes
- Knowledge of relevant British and European Standards
- Knowledge of safety legislation related to temporary works
