About the role
As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of a 360 desk, supporting clients across temporary and permanent recruitment. You will immerse yourself in your market - understanding projects, skill needs, client strategies and hiring trends - while building a strong pipeline of job-ready talent.
Key responsibilities
- Lead 360 recruitment across your Construction or Engineering market
- Win new business and grow relationships across multiple client stakeholders
