Residential Surveyor (MRICS / FRICS / AssocRICS)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + bonuses + Car Allowance + Mileage + Benefits
Location: Surrey & Hampshire (home-based)
Hours: Full time (Part time or Consultant position considered)
Skylark Surveyors is an independent, quality-led practice specialising in residential surveys and valuations across Surrey and Hampshire. With an excellent reputation for quality and client service, we are now seeking to add a new team member.
We value quality over volume. Our surveyors are supported with full admin and bookings assistance, enabling you to focus on delivering professional reports for your clients. Our ethos is to carry out a proper inspection and give the client a useful report, with follow up support over the phone and email.
The Role
RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys, specific defect inspections, and (if you are a registered valuer) residential valuations (Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Probate, etc.).
Deliver clear, client-focused advice.
Work from home with flexible scheduling.
