We’re looking for a Graphics and Multimedia (UI/UX) Designer to join our creative and digital team. If you’re someone who loves crafting beautiful, intuitive interfaces and bringing ideas to life through motion and multimedia design, you’ll fit right in.

As a Graphics and (UI/UX) Designer, you’ll take the lead on visual and interactive design projects spanning websites, mobile apps, marketing campaigns, and digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and project managers to translate concepts into engaging, user-centred experiences. This role is perfect for someone who’s confident across multiple design disciplines—UI/UX, graphics, and multimedia—and enjoys working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile products.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts clearly.
  • Develop engaging multimedia assets, including motion graphics, video edits, and interactive visuals for campaigns and presentations.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and print materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct or support usability testing and apply feedback to improve user experiences.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and multimedia.
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Graphics design (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and responsive design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks (not required but a plus).
  • Experience with 3D design, AR/VR, or motion design tools.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  • Prior experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Flexible, fully remote working environment (UK-based team).
  • Opportunities for professional growth and creative autonomy.
  • Collaborative, supportive culture where your ideas matter.
  • Exposure to diverse projects across industries—from tech startups to established brands.
