Our client is a large main contractor based in London. This client specialises in high end projects from £50m up to in excess of £100m. Planner to work on large projects in Central London. Reporting into the company Directors.
Manage personally controlled project documentation in an orderly fashion.
Drawing up the tender programme and contribute to tender queries
Cooperate with the design engineer to establish a design brief for temporary works.
The ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
Prepare a resourced programme
Provide a schedule of temporary works
Attend the tender review meetings
Attending the handover meetings
Working day to day along the other site based teams
Construction background
Previous experience as a Planner
Experience on Primavera P6 and Asta systems
An industry applicable qualification.
Proven track record from similar sector specific organisations.
Able to work as part of a team
Previous UK Construction experience is preferred.
Ability to manage the sub-contractors on site
A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver upon your deadlines.
An excellent communicator.
Have strong commercial awareness.
Good IT knowledge
