QUANTITY SURVEYOR β HIGH SPEC REFURBISHMENT β CENTRAL LONDON Client Our client is a long established contractor, with a long list of impressive high spec refurbishment projects in and around Central London. The client is well respected, successful and financially strong. Job Summary: Quantity Surveyor to oversee high spec refurbishment projects in Central London. Reporting into the Commercial Director. Role / Responsibilities * Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor on high spec refurbishment projects. * Managing the day-to-day work on site. * Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and companyβs requirements and budgets * The ability to communicate effectively across all levels. * Working day to day along the production, design, pre-construction teams * A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver on your deadlines. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: * An industry applicable degree qualification. * Proven track record within a similar sector. * RICS Individual: * Experience working on high spec refurbishment projects * Able to work as part of a team. * Previous UK Construction experience is preferred. * Ability to manage an onsite commercial team * Strong work ethic * An excellent communicator. * Have strong commercial awareness. * Good IT knowledge ASAP interview and start for the ideal candidate.
