A large established Main Contractor are looking for a Graphic Designer to join their Bid Team in Central London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Construction & Bid Support
  • Design and produce high-quality:
  • Tender submissions
  • Prequalification documents (PQQs)
  • Expressions of Interest (EOIs)
  • Request for Proposal (RFP) responses
  • Bid presentations
  • Capability statements
  • Technical submission documents
  • Collaborate with estimating, planning, and pre-construction teams to create visually compelling bid materials under tight deadlines.
  • Develop infographics, timelines, process diagrams, site logistics plans, and methodology illustrations to support project submissions.
  • Ensure all bid documents align with company branding and client requirements.
  • Presentation & Visualization
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, interviews, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Produce concept visuals, render overlays, and presentation boards for construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Assist in preparing visual materials for design-build pursuits and project pitches.
  • Marketing & Branding
  • Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of graphic design experience.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in bid design, corporate presentations, and technical document layout.
