What We’re Looking For:
Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD is a plus!)
Experience – 5+ years in AI, machine learning and data science, with a track record of launching data-driven SaaS or enterprise products
Technical Expertise – Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java), deep learning and machine learning knowledge, experience in MLOps and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Industry Knowledge – ERP system familiarity, expertise in discrete manufacturing, and leadership experience mentoring AI teams
