Skydance is seeking a senior HR Operations leader to coordinate administration, master data management and compliance across about 11 English-speaking countries in EMEA. You will lead a UK-based team of up to 10 HR professionals, driving continuous improvement, data quality and global policy alignment.
You’ll collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Rewards and COEs, and partner with the HR Specialist Manager to deliver end-to-end HR services and robust governance.
