Project Manager – Software & IoT (m/f/d)

In this role as Project Manager – Software & IoT, you\’ll take ownership of SkyCell\’s customer projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring our connected solutions continue to push the boundaries of what\’s possible in pharma logistics.

What You\’ll Do
- Drive the successful delivery of the customer projects for SkyCell software and IoT projects
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle – from planning and budgeting to execution, quality assurance, and risk management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout
- Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support adoption and minimise disruption
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts on processes, systems, and people, and design mitigation plans
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through regular updates, progress reviews, and issue resolution
- Prepare detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation to track progress, timelines, and budgets
- Guide and inspire project teams by providing clear direction, support, and motivation to achieve high performance
- Prepare and present project updates and performance reports to management and key stakeholders
Requirements
What You\’ll Bring
- Proven experience in project management, ideally leading large-scale SaaS implementations that include hardware-as-a-service components
- Recognised project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, manage risks, and develop effective solutions
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels – both within SkyCell and across customer organisations
