We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our dedicated Supported Living Service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. Our goal is simple — to empower each person we support to live a fulfilling, independent and meaningful life. As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered every day. You’ll lead by example, supporting both the staff team and the individuals we support to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, motivate and develop a team of Support Workers.
- Complete Supervisions, Appraisals, make sure training is completed.
- Complete Rota, ensure time sheets are completed.
- Ensure personalised support plans are implemented and reviewed regularly.
- Promote independence, choice and inclusion in all aspects of daily life.
- Work closely with families, professionals and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
- Take part in the on-call rota and provide hands‑on support when needed.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, confident and committed to high-quality care. You’ll need:
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior support role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A person-centred approach and a genuine passion for helping others reach their potential.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Additional Requirements
- Hold a drivers license.
- Live within a reasonable distance and able to commute to Kingsbury.
- Senior Support Worker experience: 1 year (required).
- NVQ 2/3 in health and social care or equivalent (preferred).
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
