We are a leading care provider seeking a skilled RMN for 2 of our homes based in the West Yorkshire area to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred clinical care to individuals with complex mental health conditions and challenging behaviours. This role is ideal for a nurse with at least 2 years' experience in a similar position who is empathetic, resilient, and passionate about helping individuals improve their wellbeing while supporting them to live safely and independently.

Essential Requirements:- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Active NMC registration
- Right to work in the UK without restrictions
- Experience working with challenging behaviours and safeguarding vulnerable individuals
- Confidence using digital care systems and clinical documentation
- Excellent communication skills with a calm, compassionate approach
- Able to lead on night shifts when required
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient care protocols
- Compassionate approach to caring for older adults
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical care and safeguarding
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications starting at £22 per hour
- Permanent contract, 36 hours per week, night shifts

In this vital clinical role, you will provide professional nursing support to adults with mental health needs, helping to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administer medications and monitor residents' health status
- Work alongside trained CHAPS staff to support safe and effective medication administration and best practice in medicines management
- Conducting clinical assessments, risk assessments, and care planning for individuals with mental health needs
- Applying de‑escalation and therapeutic communication techniques to manage challenging behaviours safely
- Promoting recovery, independence, and emotional wellbeing through person‑centred care approaches
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress
- Assist in the development of individualised care plans tailored to each resident's needs
