Join our team as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) in a full-time role in Bradford or Leeds care home settings. Night shifts available. Sponsorship offered!

We are a leading care provider seeking a skilled RMN for two of our homes based in the West Yorkshire area to deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to individuals with complex mental health conditions and challenging behaviours. This role is ideal for a nurse with at least 2 years' experience in a similar position who is empathetic, resilient, and passionate about helping individuals improve their wellbeing while supporting them to live safely and independently.

Essential Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Active NMC registration
  • Right to work in the UK without restrictions
  • Experience working with challenging behaviours and safeguarding vulnerable individuals

  • Excellent communication skills with a calm, compassionate approach

Your Responsibilities as a Registered Mental Health Nurse:

In this vital clinical role, you will provide professional nursing support to adults with mental health needs, helping to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administer medications and monitor residents' health status
  • Work alongside trained CHAPS staff to support safe and effective medication administration and best practice in medicines management
  • Conducting clinical assessments, risk assessments, and care planning for individuals with mental health needs
  • Applying de-escalation and therapeutic communication techniques to manage challenging behaviours safely
  • Promoting recovery, independence, and emotional wellbeing through person-centred care approaches
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress
  • Assist in the development of individualised care plans tailored to each resident's needs
