2 Night Healthcare assistants preferably with mental care experience
Our HomeLiving is a 16-bed residential care home specialising in 24-hour long term accommodation for adults who require intensive support residential care suffering a variety of long- term mental health conditions, behaviours, and complex needs. We have highly qualified staff who support our individuals and deliver our therapeutic model of support.
Full-time only, able to work 42 hours per week
Sponsorship is not provided!
Usually he shifts will be from Monday- Sunday, one week 3 long shifts per week, next one 4 long shifts per week over rota

About you:
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a similar role, female
- Willingness to learn.
- You must be currently resident in the UK
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication skills.
- You must be friendly and well-organised with an excellent work ethic.
What are your duties as a Healthcare assistant:
- Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting and assisting Residents when required with all aspects of daily living
- Assist Residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual
- Provide supervision and attention when needed, ensuring Residents retain their comfort and dignity
- Observe care planning needs for Residents and completed daily records as instructed
- Assist in framework of social activities by interacting with Residents and helping them continue with hobbies and activities in the Care Centre
- Report on well-being of Residents
- Clean and maintain equipment used by Residents and Relatives e.g. wheelchairs, hearing aids, spectacles etc
