Join our warm homely care team - providing compassionate care to our residents. You will be given support in your role and will be able to contribute in your own way. To plan, implement and supervise the provision of quality care, in conjunction with Service Users. To ensure Service Users retain their dignity and individuality. To be involved in the general activities of the Care Home. To maintain a safe and secure environment for Service Users, staff members and visitors.
Previous experience of working with the relevant Service User group NVQ Level 2 in Care is desirable. Previous experience in a similar role. Experience/Qualification in the Safe Handling of Medicines is a plus.
As a Care Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Reporting to the Care Home Manager, you will utilize your supervising experience and leadership skills to oversee care plans and assist in daily activities. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and families. Your premium skills in senior care and driving will enhance the overall care experience, while relevant IT skills will aid in maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective communication within the team.
