Skycare is seeking a dedicated Childcare Support Worker for residential settings with base locations across Pontefract, Castleford and Wakefield. The role covers 33–42 hours per week with shift patterns, plus £60 per sleep-in shift.
You will support children’s daily routines, promote independence, attend appointments and maintain detailed records. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent is required or you must be willing to work towards it within 18 months.
