As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Due to continued growth and our commitment to delivering exceptional standards of care, we are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team in a well-established residential care home based in Southall. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing person-centred care and making a genuine difference in the lives of elderly residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support with mobility and safe moving & handling.
- Monitor residents' condition and report any concerns to senior staff.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Work closely with the care team to deliver high-quality care.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a UK care home (minimum 6-12 months preferred).
- A caring, patient, and compassionate attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently when required.
- Basic English and IT skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ in Health & Social Care) are advantageous but not essential.

- Hours: 33-44 hours per week (day and night shifts available).
- Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour.
