Responsibilities

  • Flexibility regarding shifts is a must.
  • As Clinical Lead, you will be supporting the Home Manager in:
    • Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is provided to all residents.
    • Making sure all regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded.
    • Ensuring that the Lodge is appropriately represented and working effectively with local service providers, e.g. NHS and Social Work Departments.
    • Acting as an ambassador for the Lodge, ensuring strong communication channels are established.
    • Managing staff and budgets in accordance with policies and procedures.
    • Undertaking administrative tasks as required.
    • Liaising with external professionals, individuals and families.
    • Ensuring that effective referral protocols and practices are in place and adhered to.

Qualifications

  • Current UK NMC registration.
  • Management experience within a nursing home environment.
  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Experience in medication management, conducting Quality Assurance audits and supervision of staff.
