Requirements
- Previous experience working in a Children's Residential Home
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and children\'s care regulations
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 or Level 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Leadership skills and the ability to support and motivate a care team
- Commitment to delivering outstanding care and positive outcomes for young people
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home
- Lead and mentor the care team
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies
- Promote a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for young people
- Contribute to care planning, risk assessments and support strategies
