We are seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Healthcare Assistants to join our team in a luxury nursing home in Norwich.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living tasks including washing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
  • Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support.
  • Assist nursing staff with care routines and monitoring residents' wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-focused workplace.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a care role.
  • Ability to work at least 33 hours per week.
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature.
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
  • Good level of English and basic IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compliance Requirements
  • We will require a DBS check, and we can assist with this.
  • Two satisfactory references are required before starting.
