We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team in the Southall area of London.

Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living tasks including washing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support.
- Assist nursing staff with care routines and monitoring residents' wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-focused workplace.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in a care role.
- Ability to work at least 33 hours per week.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature.
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
- Good level of English and basic IT skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
