About the Role:

We’re looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals to join Skybound Wealth Management as Business Development Executives. This is a trainee pathway into international wealth management, with clear progression to becoming a Private Wealth Adviser. The focus of the role is to strategically identify and engage with high-net-worth expatriate clients globally, introduce our service and connect them with our Private Wealth Advisers. Alongside your day-to-day work, the company will sponsor you to complete the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma, to support you in progressing as a Private Wealth Adviser yourself over a 2-3 year period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential international clients
  • Contacting professionals via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Introducing Skybound’s wealth management proposition
  • Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Booking in meetings for experienced Private Wealth Advisers
  • Building long‑term professional relationships
  • Working towards industry qualifications

  • Confident communication skills

  • A proven track record within a pro‑active sales, recruitment or business development environment is preferred
  • An ability to generate leads and strategically develop new business

Key Benefits:
