Job Description This exciting full time opportunity offers sponsorship for flight instructors looking to expand their qualifications and advance their careers in aviation education. Provide comprehensive flight instruction to trainees pursuing licenses and ratings, Maintain accurate training records and trainee progress reports in compliance with aviation authority regulations Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance personal qualifications and ratings Perform pre-flight and post-flight briefings, emphasising critical learning points and areas for improvement Upholdthe highest standards of safety and professionalism Qualifications Hold a current Unrestricted Flight Instructor Certificate Demonstrate a strong commitment to aviation education and safety Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to trainees Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and organisational skills Hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate Previous experience as a flight instructor is preferred but not required Additional Information We are committed to offering the most competitive benefits package to our Flight Instructors, including: £55,000 per annum (depending on experience) Fully bonded sponsorship for additional ratings, including potential hour building on multi engine piston aircraft on Piper Seminoles in Florida.
