Skyborne Airline Academy are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join the team.

Working alongside the Recruitment Coordinators, you'll play a key role in supporting our airline cadet selection programmes, helping aspiring pilots take the first steps towards their aviation careers.

From arranging assessments and interviews to answering queries and maintaining accurate records, you'll work closely with applicants across airline cadet programmes for partners including easy Jet, Ryanair, Jet2 and British Airways, helping to organise each stage of the selection process and ensuring a positive experience throughout.

This position is based onsite at Gloucestershire Airport and is worked 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for applicants, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the administration of candidate applications throughout the selection process.
  • Work closely with Recruitment Coordinators to ensure recruitment campaigns are delivered efficiently and to agreed timelines.
  • Monitor recruitment and selection inboxes, responding to enquiries and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Liaise with assessors to support the smooth delivery of selection activities.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring candidate records and recruitment campaigns are accurate and up to date.
  • Review applications against the required criteria.
  • Verify candidate documentation and ensure minimum entry requirements are met.
  • Review online assessment results, arranging interviews and assessments accordingly.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience (essential).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
