The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Our Coach Drivers are responsible for the safe, punctual, and professional transportation of passengers (trainees) across predetermined routes. This role requires a high standard of driving skill, customer service excellence, and strict adherence to safety, legal, and company regulations. Coach Drivers act as ambassadors for the company, are the first and last point of contact for our trainees and play a critical role in delivering a positive passenger experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive company PSVs as directed.
  • Complete mandatory daily checks on vehicles.
  • Ensure vehicle interiors and exteriors are kept clean at all times.
  • Report any defects to the Transport Manager without delay.
  • Comply with Drivers’ hours and Working Time Regulations at all times.
  • Maintain polite and professional relationship with all passengers.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints calmly and professionally.
  • Follow assigned routes, schedules, and instructions from Operations.

Qualifications

  • Category D Driving Licence.
  • Valid Driver Qualification Card.
  • Valid Driver Card.
  • Valid Basic DBS Check.
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance at all times.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Calm, patient, and courteous when dealing with passengers.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.

Additional Information

  • 20-30 hours per week.
  • Shifts between 06:00-22:00.
  • Fixed roster pattern.
