Responsibilities
- Delivery of Ground Theory instruction for the MCC, APS MCC & MCCI (A) courses.
- Delivery of Simulator Practical Instruction for the MCC, APS MCC & MCCI (A) courses.
- Development and updating of training materials, lesson plans, and courseware to align with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Evaluation and assessment of trainee performance through written examinations, simulator assessments, and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Adherence to safety procedures, security protocols, and operational standards during training sessions.
- Fostering a positive learning environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence among students.
- Other duties at the direction of MMPT.
Requirements
- Current UK Part-FCL MCCI(A) qualification with an EASA Part-FCL MCCI(A) desirable.
- Extensive experience in training as an instructor for professional pilots license.
- SFI/TRI and SFE/TRE experience.
- Experience in operating FNPT II MCC FSTDs or FTDs.
- Familiarity with UK CAA and EASA regulations and requirements related to APS MCC training.
- Current or previously held UK Part FCL Flying Instructor Rating.
- Hold or previously held UK Part FCL ATPL or CPL.
- Minimum 1500 hours flying in multicrew operation.
- High standards of instructional ability and integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, operational demands, and evolving training needs.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to safety.
