Self-Employed Live-In Care Professional – Skybod Healthcare Ltd

Skybod Healthcare Ltd is seeking dedicated, compassionate live-in care professionals to provide one-to-one, personalised support for clients in their homes.

This self-employed live-in position offers flexibility and independence while allowing you to provide high-quality, person-centred care that enhances clients\’ wellbeing, comfort, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication reminders and daily wellbeing checks
• Prepare meals and carry out light household tasks
• Offer companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
• Support with mobility and safe transfers
• Accompany clients to appointments, outings, or activities
• Observe and report any changes in health or behaviour

Self-Employment Guidance

This role is only for self-employed candidates:

• You must have, or be willing to register for, a UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference)
• If you do not have a UTR, Skybod Healthcare Ltd can provide a step-by-step guide
• Sponsor visa holders cannot work as self-employed, and Skybod Healthcare Ltd cannot provide sponsorship
• Please ensure your visa or immigration status allows self-employment

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months\’ experience in live-in or domiciliary care
• Self-employed (or willing to register)
• Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
• Two professional references
• Caring, professional, and reliable approach
• Optional: NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care, First Aid certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £700.00-£900.00 per week
