Live-In Carer – Private Self-Employed Care Opportunities in Nottingham

Skybod Healthcare Ltd is looking for caring and dependable live-in carers to provide personalised support and companionship for clients in their own homes.

This self-employed role allows you to deliver one-to-one, person-centred care, helping clients maintain independence, safety, and wellbeing. If you are compassionate and professional, this position offers meaningful and rewarding work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Support medication management and daily routines
• Prepare meals and help with light household tasks
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Provide mobility and safety assistance
• Accompany clients to appointments or social activities
• Monitor and report any changes in health or wellbeing

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months\’ hands-on care experience (live-in or domiciliary)
• Self-employed with a valid UTR number
• Enhanced DBS check (or willing to apply)
• Right to work in the UK with professional references
• Naturally caring, reliable, and professional
• Bonus: NVQ Level 2/3 or First Aid certification
