Our client is a multidisciplinary, main contractor excelling in the delivery of construction and civil engineering projects across the UK, currently looking for a Crane Supervisor to work on busy major rail project at Stallington Road, Stoke on Trent, United Kingdom, ST11 9PB.
Please note: Start ASAP.
Duration: 3 months.
Responsibilities
- Direct crane operators, slingers, signallers, and riggers during all active lifts.
- Inspect lifting accessories and equipment for faults, and verify ground stability and safe wind speeds before operations begin.
- Conduct pre-lift safety briefings to ensure all crew members understand their assigned roles.
Qualifications
- Blue CPCS card
- SMSTS / SSSTS
- Safety Critical Medical Certificate
- Proven experince as Crane Supervisor on big-scale projects
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30 am - 5 pm.
Pay rate: £22.49 per hour.
