The predicted salary is between 20 - 25 Β£ per hour.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support upcoming construction works on a small UK-based project in Burrington, South West England. The scope of works includes the dismantling of two existing steel towers (approximately 20 metres in height) and the installation of a new steel tower of similar height, including the construction of associated foundations. The successful candidate will also be expected to act as the Health and Safety lead on site. This role will involve close coordination with contractors and stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to programme.

Duties of the Site Manager include (but are not limited to):

  • Day-to-day management of site activities and contractors
  • Acting as Head of Health & Safety on site, ensuring full compliance with legislation and site procedures
  • Overseeing RAMS, CPP, site inductions, and permit systems
  • Managing steel structure dismantling and installation works
  • Coordinating foundation and associated civil works
  • Monitoring site progress and reporting to the project team
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and programme requirements are met

The Successful Site Manager Should Possess the Following:

  • CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Proven experience in steel structures or similar construction works
  • Ability to act as Health & Safety responsible on site (IOSH or NEBOSH)
  • Fluent Spanish (mandatory)
