A leading construction and infrastructure contractor is currently seeking an experienced Foreman/Woman (Skill level 2) to support construction work of Energy Hub based in east of Flushing.
Duties of the Foreman/Woman include:
- Supervising site operations and workforce activities
- Coordinating daily works and ensuring programme targets are met
- Maintaining high health & safety standards across site
- Managing subcontractors and site operatives
- Supporting delivery of civil and infrastructure works
- Conducting site briefings and toolbox talks
- Ensuring works are carried out in line with project specifications and procedures
Requirements of the Foreman/Woman include:
- CSCS
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Previous Foreman / Supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
