Rate: £26.17 PAYE
Hours: 07:30 - 18:00

We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman/Woman to support safe and compliant site operations on HS2. This is an all-round supervisory role with a strong focus on health & safety leadership, ensuring safe delivery of daily works across structures, earthworks, and general construction activities.
Key Duties
- Lead daily site safety: enforce safe systems of work, monitor compliance, and ensure all activities follow RAMS and permit requirements
- Supervise all-round civils tasks including structures, earthworks, and general construction operations
- Coordinate workforce and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are carried out safely and efficiently
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and point-of-work risk assessments
- Monitor plant, equipment, and work areas to ensure safe operation and housekeeping standards
- Support incident reporting, near-miss capture, and corrective actions
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid understanding of site safety protocols, RAMS, permits, and compliance requirements
- Ability to supervise teams and maintain high H&S standards
- Valid Gold or Black CSCS
