This is a full‑time opportunity where you will work as a Manager representing SkyBlue Cinematix from your home country, supporting in‑film and out‑of‑film brand integrations, product placements, brand associations, and sponsorships across a diverse slate of films. We are looking for professionals with experience from media houses, advertising agencies, or similar environments, with a strong background in sales, brand partnerships, or business development—particularly in media sales, branded content, or advertising across TV, OTT, or digital platforms.

Role Overview
At Sky Blue Media, we believe in creating moments with purpose. As a Sales, Business Development & Brand Partnerships resource, you will play a decisive role in shaping how brands appear in films and beyond. Your role will involve forging partnerships with production houses, agencies, and brands to deliver integrations that are impactful, seamless, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Map your market (your region) for various brands, and their agencies.
- Understand brand’s positioning and upcoming campaigns.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for in‑film brand integrations, co‑branded promotions, and other media alliances.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with various brand’s top management and their agency’s SPOCs.
- Understand the film project, its scope, nuances, star casts, plot and film set‑up (Theatrical films, OTT projects or TV serials).
- Conceptualize creative brand solutions aligned with film storylines and target audiences.
- Regularly stay connected with brands and agencies to pitch SkyBlue Cinematix and the projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and pitch compelling proposals, presentations, and case studies.
- Work closely with media planning and buying teams to align integrations with larger campaign strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize deals ensuring win‑win outcomes for both brand and production stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, film releases, OTT content pipelines, and brand marketing calendars.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure smooth delivery of brand integrations and campaigns.
- Track performance metrics, prepare post‑integration reports, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conceptualize and pitch bold, customized partnership models that fuse brand storytelling with cinematic moments.
- Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, legal, and production experts to deliver seamless, integrated experiences on and off screen.
- Track the pulse of entertainment trends, OTT innovation, and consumer engagement formats to keep our offerings unmatched.
- Work with internal teams (creative, marketing, sales) to develop and execute joint campaigns and create co‑branded marketing materials.
Ideal Profile
- 5 years plus of proven success in business development, sales, brand partnerships, brand solutions or strategic partnerships within media, entertainment, or advertising.
- A deal‑closer with a track‑record of securing multi‑crore, multi‑film/franchise partnerships.
- Deep relationships with Brand managers, agencies, and production houses.
- Independent hustler who thrives on accountability, targets, and creating impact.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills that inspire confidence and excitement.
- MBA/PG in Marketing, Media, or Business preferred.
