The Senior Learning and Quality Partner is responsible for leading, maintaining and optimising our learning operation. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with organisational goals and that programmes, learning operations and our learning environments are fully resourced and of the required standards as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the learning function.

What You'll Do

  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the creation and maintenance of quality standards, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards in training and development programs on and offshore. Conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards in all learning activities on and offshore.
  • Performance: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for learning initiatives, quality standards, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Leverage systems such as Elevate to track, monitor and recommend learning solutions based on real time analytics on and offshore.
  • Learning Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the learning function, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of training programs and resource utilisation. Manage the learning systems, training environments and other learning technologies. Ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials for training sessions. Manage the learning budget and resources allocated to learning and quality projects.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business leaders and managers to identify learning requirements and develop appropriate training solutions. Liaise with internal and external providers for learning ops and quality. Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to the implementation of learning and quality initiatives. Develop and maintain project documentation and systems (Asana/Monday.com), ensuring timelines and outcomes are met. Coordinate and support change management activities associated with training programs.

  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with learning systems and environments, e-learning platforms, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think long-term and align learning initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Skills in providing guidance and support to colleagues and team to enhance their professional development.
