What will I be doing?
In your new role as a Team Leader, you'll be working in multiple busy retail stores, leading and supporting a team of Retail Sales Advisors and fostering a team sales approach. You'll also ensure that they're showcasing our superb products in the correct way. You'll be inspiring, coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team, and making sure they have the knowledge and tools they need to give our customers an excellent experience when they buy or upgrade a Sky package.
What skills do I need to succeed?
We're looking for born leaders who can build successful sales teams filled with team members who want to perform to the best of their ability every day of the week. You'll be used to coaching staff and improving performance, as well as giving sales tips and training on-the-go. You'll need to be highly organised and flexible too, spending time across multiple stores and teams in some cases.

Where you’ll work:
This role will be based across three of our retail locations - Lakeside Shopping Centre, Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre, and The Lewis Shopping Centre in Lewisham. You will need to work at each of these stores on a weekly basis.
