What you'll do
- Lead the industrial design of world-class physical devices.
- Take complex briefs and shape them into simple, elegant, and cohesive design strategies.
- Define and drive a compelling physical design language across a diverse product portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across engineering, UI/UX, and product management.
- Own the full design process – from early concepting and 3D CAD to prototyping and production sign-off.
- Champion visual storytelling, using sketching, mock-ups, and presentations to communicate ideas with clarity and impact.
- Mentor and guide other designers, consistently raising standards across the industrial design team.
What you'll bring
- A strategic mindset – able to zoom out, frame the right questions, and bring forward simple, coherent solutions.
- Significant hands on experience in industrial design, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Exceptional communication skills – comfortable explaining ideas verbally and through visual storytelling.
- Expertise in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar), KeyShot, Adobe CC, and physical prototyping.
- Strong understanding of CMF, DFM, and high-volume manufacturing techniques.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- A collaborative and curious attitude – thrives in team settings and brings energy to creative problem-solving.
