Working at Sky Sports as a member of the Studio Graphics team, using the latest broadcast technology in a fast-paced and exciting department. Whether it is creating and playing out graphics live in one of our state-of-the-art galleries or working with some of sports' top TV pundits creating analysis on Premier League, EFL, WSL or SPFL football, you are at the forefront of the action. Training and development are important to us, which is why we will teach you all you need to know about the wide range of software and hardware we use, supporting your growth within the department, enabling you to achieve your full potential as a Junior Studio Graphics Operator.
What You'll Do
- Learn to work across a range of broadcast software including Viz Trio for playing out live TV graphics, Viz Arc and Arena for augmented reality graphics and our Piero telestrator system and Unity touchscreens for in-show analysis - all driven by bespoke in-house and 3rd party software apps.
- After full training, broadcast in a live and non-live environment from the industry-leading Sky Studios in Osterley across a wide range of sports.
- Deliver multi-screen graphics to our state-of-the-art flagship studio, combining your newly taught skills with your passion for sport.
- Operate sports analysis tools and our custom designed touchscreen system to support our on-screen presenters and pundits on high-profile productions.
- Prepare and test graphics ahead of broadcast either remotely or onsite at Sky Studios.
