Reporting into the Client Services Manager and team, the Client Services Assistant will be a motivated individual, excited by the challenges faced by feature and HETV productions. They will be keen to work in a fast moving and high-pressured environment that values problem solving skills and exceptional service. As a key part of the Client Services team, who are the primary point of contact for all Clients (internal NBCU/Sky and third party) on their journey through the Studios, the individual will be passionate about ensuring the provision of a best-in-class service to all site users. Energetic, well organi s ed and capable of working effectively within a multi-disciplinary site team, they will occupy a vital position providing administrative and organisational support to the Client Services team. Please note that this is an office-based role. What You\’ll Do Providing administrative, organisational and practical support to the Client Services team in the delivery of a first-class client experience to all Studio users and visitors Supporting Client Services with scheduling clients, through the entry, maintenance and updating of key client information to the Studio resource management system and any other as directed Working on marketing materials for events, outreach, the website, adverts, etc. as directed. Drafting news articles for the website blog and newsletters. Ordering and managing merchandise stock, creation of materials and resources across all departments. Providing support to the Client Services team across all aspects of client services and general tasks including taking enquiries, memo drafting, calendar management, Client Services inbox monitoring, meeting and recce coordination and disseminating Studio information to production teams and departments. Support in the tracking of client activity and billing across main packages, addon\’s, exchanges, PO\’s, sub-rentals, missing/damaged equipment and returns to keep all aspects of our business up-to-date . Support in collating and updating client demand and new business leads, as required by Client Services team. Liaising and assisting as required with the Operations and Facilities teams to ensure studio facilities are prepared for client arrival/departure and client needs are met. Using studio operational and resource management systems where relevant and appropriate ( e.g. Momentus , Box, Tableau, any other as required and directed) Supporting in the preparation and dissemination of relevant studio call sheets, production summary reports and call sheets, work orders, site reports, visitor lists, passes, Client Handbooks and any other relevant notifications as required Working with and directing the activities of the Future Talent trainees and runners where relevant Helping to organise events held at or hosted by the studios for community outreach, talent & careers related events, client facing events, etc. What you\’ll bring: Strong customer service skills Ability work under pressure and interact with clients Effective team player within a multi-disciplinary team, and able to work independently with confidence Hands-on experience in production and/or expertise on operational aspects of production and/or sound stages (desirable) Knowledge of HETV/Film industry and studio facilities (desirable) Flexible working hours – whilst we will typically work Mon-Fri, there may be times where earlier starts or Weekend working is required across the team to manage Client requirements The Rewards: There\’s one thing people can\’t stop talking about when it comes to : the perks .
