We are a COE Global Mobility & Immigration team supporting assignments and international working in diverse businesses across a number of global locations. We work closely with our stakeholders & our partners across Comcast NBCUniversal and Sky on international working compliance and end to end governance.

What you’ll do:

  1. Assist in resolving complex cases and queries, collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  2. Proactively manage risk and compliance in all areas of Global Mobility.
  3. Manage operational & compliance activities with tax, payroll, finance to ensure on time and full global mobility service delivery including collaboration with the global mobility operational team to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Work with the Reward team on salary review and equity solutions for international cross-border moves.
  5. Engage and influence senior stakeholders across Comcast, NBCUniversal, and Sky on international working compliance and processes.
  6. Support the team with the engagement and management of third-party suppliers, including cost management.

What you’ll bring:

  1. Proven experience in managing all aspects of Global Mobility, International Working and STBV within a dynamic, matrix-managed, and complex multinational organization.
  2. Experience in influencing and engaging senior stakeholders, and building and managing relationships within a globally diverse business.
  3. Excellent understanding of Global Mobility principles, including personal tax, corporate tax, immigration, and employment law issues.
  4. Strong analytical and technical skills, with a solid foundation in global mobility, compensation, and compliance.
  5. Excellent presentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex concepts simply and effectively to senior stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrated ability to lead oneself and ensure a high standard of customer service.
